Lone Peak girls head coach Courtney Meldrum recaps the Knights setting a Class 6A finals record with 19 points after placing five athletes in the top six at the Utah High School Activities Association Cross Country Championships at the Regional Athletic Complex in Salt Lake City. Lone Peak captured a fourth state crown in five years, with senior Andie Aagard repeating as individual champion by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 17:25.9, followed by Addie Meldrum in third, Maya Bybee finishing fourth, Boston Bybee placing fifth and Anna Bybee securing sixth to triumph against runner-up American Fork, which had 48 points.
